No recipe contains any wheat, corn, oats, barley, rye, or any other gluten-containing grain! And no recipe has any egg or dairy products. Nowhere in the book will you find any additives, colorings, or other products that could interfere with your good health. And Allergic People Eat Desserts Too! will even tell you how to prepare your own baking powder, healthy butter substitutes, egg substitutes, and much more! The only legume used is soy and in the book you'll find many ways to substitute your alternative choices for this ingredient and thus avoid legumes as well.

This collection of recipes grew out of the dietary restrictions of my three food sensitive children so they could enjoy the same treats as their friends. Now all of these can be yours to enjoy. You'll find the recipes accommodate the needs of those following rotation and otherwise restricted diets, and every recipe can be used by persons coping with Celiac Disease.
